Payment & Shipping Policies

Payment System:

  1. Payment can be made with a credit card or directly from your Paypal account.
  2. The cart page redirects you to the Paypal website and those with an account can directly pay. While those without a Paypal account can click on ‘pay with debit or credit card’, then go ahead to fill in your information for a successful payment process.
  3. Whenever there is a failure in payment, please return to the cart page to confirm if all your information is correct. Then proceed to repeat the payment process. If the error persists please contact our customer service.

 

 

Shipping Details:

  1. The shipping process begins the same day on which order is received (unless there are unexpected delays)
  2. We prepare and package products for delivery on
    weekdays only (Orders are not processed on weekends and Korean national holidays)
  3. A delivery tracking number will be sent once the delivery process is set in motion.

 

Refund & Return :

  1. If products are damaged or the wrong item was delivered, do contact customer support and request a full refund. It will take an average of 2-weeks to complete the refund process.
  2. If you will like to cancel or return an already delivered order, please do so within 15-days of receiving the product, and it should be in a good state. Damaged products will not be refunded. Thank you

 

 

Custom & import tax:

  1. Products shipped outside Korea may be subjected to import tax and customs duties. Since we have no control over these charges, additional charges should be fulfilled by the receiver of the order.

 

 

Missing & unclaimed package:

  1. If a package is not delivered within 60 days it will be considered missing. When that is the case, we will re-ship a new product or issue a refund.
  2. If a package is unclaimed and gets sent back to us due to the wrong address or missing information on shipping details, we can reship the products but with an additional shipping cost.
